Well, I ended up sleeping in a little, so I got started on my run later than I had hoped. I got my 10 in, but it hurt. The whole run hurt. Whether it was a knee, a hip, or a hamstring, it was a painful run. I spent a long time using my foam roller afterwards, which is painful on its own!
After I foam rolled, I chowed down on some yummy leftovers that I made into a scramble - easily one of my most favorite things to eat! Then I went to a women's whiskey fest, which was so much fun! We learned all about different whiskeys and we got to make a variety of cocktails to try.
I write about whatever is going on each day. I want to use this space as a place to document my dissertation and training journeys.
