Cooking breakfast on Thursday morning after yoga - isn't it crazy how little spinach is once it's cooked? I know I've talked about this before, but it really does blow my mind. Look at all of that!
And then it's nothing!
Mmmmm. I love these blueberry waffles by Van's. They're probably my favorite that I've had. They make a quinoa and chia seed waffle, too (I think) and it's delicious as well!
I can't bake this zucchini bread anymore...I can't stop eating it.
These are WAY too salty for me. I love plantain chips, but these are not one of my favorites. I loved the salt and vinegar flavor of this brand - it wasn't nearly as salty as the lime...which is weird.
I ran a bunch of errands before we left yesterday. I was dragging, so I grabbed an iced coffee from the gas station. It's my go-to when I want a low-calorie coffee drink. I fill up one of their coffee cups with ice (I usually bring my own, but forgot), add whatever coffee I want, usually hazelnut, then maybe a packet of Stevia! So good!
We are just leaving Kayla's parents' house! We drove two hours to their place last night, and are now headed to Nashville! We will be there in 5 hours!
Ready to go!!
